1. How much is the wholesale shipping ?
For orders over 1000 €, we ship free of charge. For orders below 1000 €, we charge a shipping fee of 60 Euros.
Please note that the Nordic countries require a minimum of €3000 for free shipping.
2. What if some parts are broken or lost ?
If some parts are broken or lost during the assembly, we can offer you part replacement service.

3. Is there a minimum purchase requirement ?

4. How to get the samples ?
If you have wholesale requirements, please submit your company details – including your company name and official email address – via Contact Us

5. Where can I see the physical exhibit ?
Robotime participate in global fairs every year (Fair and show in Nuremberg, Frankfurt, New York, Moscow, HK, China mainland, etc.) Please Contact Us for the latest fair information and to see our physical products at your local fair.
6. Does Robotime ship internationally?
Yes, our overseas warehouse is located in the Czech Republic, serving customers across Europe.
